Teacher said in his article "Clearheadedness",

"I know that a few of you seldom read the books or study the Fa, nor do you examine yourselves according to the several articles I have written for you that you call scriptures. What are the 'scriptures'? They are simply articles to be read frequently. Do you read them? If you study the Fa more, you will not do a bad job in your work."

I am a veteran practitioner who began to practice Falun Dafa before 1999. During the last few years of my cultivation, I began to realize more deeply the importance of studying the Fa with a calm mind. After the publication of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party at the end of last year, Teacher published several articles one after another. I, however, encountered some resistance in my mind. I thought it was getting harder to clarify the truth about Dafa, I thought that people might say I was getting political. With this doubt in mind, I stayed at home and studied Teacher's article "We Are Not 'Getting Political'" with a calm mind. I studied it for a whole day. I read it over and over. After studying the Fa with a calm mind all day, I completely eliminated the poison of the evil Chinese Communist Party. I then started to earnestly study some of Teacher's other recent articles. My mind was completely immersed in the Fa. I used the wisdom given to me by Dafa to clarify truth and save sentient beings, and I found that the sentient beings were ready to accept what I said.

I get up at 3 a.m. every morning. I practice the five sets of exercises first, and then listen to Teacher's lectures. I send forth righteous thoughts at 6AM. If I get up late, I just practice the five sets of exercises. In the daytime, other than the household chores, all I do is study the Fa, send forth righteous thoughts and clarify the truth. When I study the Fa, I read every article over and over again with a calm mind until my mind completely melts into the Fa, before I read another article. If I fail to concentrate, I read it again. We must have a calm mind when studying the Fa. We cannot study the Fa for the sake of formality or to fool others and ourselves. Only if our minds are immersed in the Fa are we able to clarify the truth on the basis of the Fa and will what we say be easy for people to accept. Only in this way are we able to truly achieve our goal of saving sentient beings.

Whenever possible, I send forth righteous thoughts at the top of every hour to eliminate the persecution of Dafa, sentient beings and myself. Whenever I go out, I clarify the truth to people face to face. Sometimes I also distribute truth-clarification materials.

By studying the Fa over and over again, I clearly understand that personal liberation is not the goal of our cultivation during the Fa-rectification. I'm here as a result of my grand vow made to our venerable Teacher and before history to save sentient beings. I must steadfastly fulfill my vow. No matter where I go, I clarify the truth to people about withdrawing from the Chinese Communist Party (CCP), the Youth League and the Young Pioneers League. During the course of clarifying truth, I find that people are eagerly waiting to be saved; even kindergarteners know the importance of withdrawing from the CCP.

In summary, what's in my mind is all about how to clarify the truth about Dafa to save sentient beings. Every day when I go out, I search for people without missing a single person with a predestined relationship. When I get my bike fixed, shop for groceries, go to the public baths, or walk on the streets, I talk to everyone I can. Even if some people don't understand and don't want to quit the CCP right away, I don't give up on them. I still talk to them whenever I have the chance. Now five or six people who initially refused to quit the CCP have decided to withdraw.

Teacher said in his lecture "To the European Fa Conference in Stockholm" to:

"Gather up and rescue the beings that you are to save! Have righteous thoughts and righteous actions, dissolve all hindrances, and spread the facts widely. Divine beings are among men."

I've also had some challenges in clarifying the truth. During the period of my personal cultivation, elimination of my karma never lasted more than 3 days. However, this time, the persecution of the evil specter on my body lasted nearly a month. I had a cough and a swollen throat as if my tonsils were blocking my throat. I had firm righteous thoughts and told myself that a practitioner has no sickness, and it was the evil spirit of Communism that was persecuting my body. I sent forth righteous thoughts to eliminate it. I continued doing the three things every day without missing a single one. After sending forth righteous thoughts at midnight, I examined myself to find the gap the evil spirit was taking advantage of. Teacher said in "Teaching the Fa at the Western U.S. International Fa Conference,"

"Some students were coughing a while ago, and some students have had certain abnormal reactions, especially in the period after the Nine Commentaries came out. It was the work of the factors, lodged in people's bodies, which belong to the malevolent Party's evil specter. You need to eliminate them when you send righteous thoughts."

So I strengthened my efforts in sending forth righteous thoughts, and at the same time looked into myself for any gaps. In just a few days, all the symptoms disappeared.

Since I started to tell people to quit the CCP, the Youth League and the Young Pioneers, more than 310 people that I have talked to have withdrawn from the CCP and its related organizations. I know it's because of the powerful field that Dafa has formed in the world. Dafa is restoring the courage of the Chinese people. As long as we talk to people on the basis of the Fa from our hearts, people are ready to accept what we say. They are all waiting for us to save them.

I never forget to cultivate myself when I do the three things well. I was strongly attached to showing off and being overjoyed before I began my cultivation. When I talk to people about quitting the CCP to save them, I strengthen my righteous thoughts to get rid of those attachments. I always remind myself to remember that Teacher accomplishes everything, and everything I do is a manifestation of the power of the Fa. For every person who withdraws from the CCP, the Youth League or the Young Pioneers, Teacher has to cleanse the poisonous factors of the evil communist specter from his body, and eliminate his karma to ensure he has a wonderful future. What I do is just tell people the truth about withdrawing from the CCP. I must always remember that I am validating Dafa instead of validating myself.

Teacher said in "Teaching the Fa in the City of Chicago,"

"Then what kind of people does Dafa save? What kind of people do Dafa disciples set out to rescue? It's no simple matter, for sure. Why is it that we, who are being persecuted so severely, still want to save sentient beings? Why is it that we, while experiencing such ruthless persecution, are still thinking of others? [Because] it is something that history has entrusted you with, for these people [you are to save] represent immense groups of beings. So this isn't just about people, but is about the hope that the beings of the cosmos have placed in you, and placed in the fact that Dafa is spreading broadly throughout the world today. It is a predestined opportunity for them. So if any being misses this predestined opportunity, it might well be that he has lost it forever."

Teacher also said in the same lecture,

"So many years have passed over the course of history, the Three Realms have existed for so long, and so many sentient beings have come here over time, but all hopes are being placed in this one moment out of all the ages. This instant is precious beyond measure. Completing the last leg of this journey well is what's most magnificent."

My fellow practitioners, let's seize this moment and save more sentient beings, because people all over China are to be saved by us Dafa practitioners in China. The people we are about to save are more than just human beings. They are the kings and Lords of the cosmos, responsible for the sentient beings of their own cosmic bodies. Let's get rid of our fear. Let each of us go out to talk to people face to face, not miss a single person with a predestined relationship, and not disappoint the sentient beings that have placed their hopes in us. Let's be genuine Dafa practitioners.
