Falun Dafa practitioners Ms. Shen Zili and Ms. Xu Hongmei have been on a hunger strike for 32 days to protest their illegal detention. They are extremely weak and cannot take care of themselves. They have been sent to a large city hospital many times for emergency treatment. They could not receive IV infusions because they were so emaciated, and their blood vessels had shrunk. They were taken back to the Qiqihar City Detention Center. The medical staff and officials at the detention center told the practitioners' families, "They have only one breath left. If this situation continues, they'll be finished in a few days."

Shen Zili and Xu Hongmei's families went to the Qingyun Street Police Station on February 12, 2007 and demanded the release of these two practitioners. The police told the families that police station head Gong Yanhui was in a meeting. They refused to respond to the families' request.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Sun Shuxiang was illegally arrested by officers from Hongqi Street Police Station on January 17, 2007 when they were distributing truth clarification materials on Hongqi Street. She was taken to the No. 3 Detention Center, where she was subjected to persecution. The police subsequently ransacked her brother's home.

Sun Shuxiang was brutally tortured at the No 3 Detention Center and went on a hunger strike to protest the persecution. She was later taken to the Changchun Prison Hospital to be further persecuted, where her life was in peril. Sun Shuxiang's sister saw her receiving oxygen at the hospital. The police ordered her sister to pay for hospital expenses.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Mou Chunhong from Jilin City was arrested by officers from the Jilin City Police Department in the afternoon of February 12, 2007. Later in the evening, the same group of officers arrested practitioners Mr. Zhao Guoxing and Mr. Zhao Yingjie. Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Liqiu told her family in the afternoon of February 13 that she was going to visit fellow practitioner Mu Chunhong, but Wang Liqiu never returned home. Practitioner Mr. Liu Yunhe's whereabouts are also unknown.

The Minghui/Clearwisdom website published an article entitled "Persecution of Dafa Practitioners in Pan County, Guizhou Province" on February 4, 2007. Lots of truth clarification materials exposing the persecution of Dafa practitioners and non-practitioners appeared several days prior to the publishing of this article in Baiguo Town, Pan County early in the morning on February 5, 2007.

Guizhou Province "610 Office" agents went to Baiguo Town on February 6. At least three practitioners were arrested in Baiguo Town, and at least nine practitioners were arrested in Duanjiang Town.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Yunhai, 65 years old, was arrested in Xizhuang, Penglai City by officers from the Haigang Police Department in the afternoon of February 9, 2007. The police forced her into a police car and took her to the Penglai Custody Center in the evening.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Guo Peiying was sent to the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City in 2006. She was cruelly persecuted for persisting in her belief in Dafa. She had blisters on her face and hands, possibly from electric shocks. Baicheng City police went to the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in December 2006 to torture and interrogate Dafa practitioners from Baicheng City. Zhao Fuquan, a national security officer, and other officials from Baicheng City are responsible for inflicting wounds on Guo Peiying's hands.

Li Aimin, head of the Linjiang Police Department in Da'an City, led a group of officers to break into the home of Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Yan in the morning of November 24, 2006. They ransacked her home and took away two mobile phones and several copies of Dafa materials. They took Wang Yan to the Linjiang Police Department. The police also ransacked the home of Wang Yan's brother. Li Aimin and other police officers savagely beat Wang Yan and then held her at a detention center. The police secretly took Wang Yan to the Heizuizi Forced Labor Camp in Changchun City at the end of December 2006 after they sentenced her to two years of forced labor.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Meng Xianying has been held at the Jiamusi Forced Labor Camp for more than eight months. During this period, her family went to the 610 Office and other related departments and asked for her release, but did not get any response.

The labor camp authorities recently told her family to visit her. Her family saw that Meng Xianying is suffering from symptoms of a stroke. She is extremely weak, cannot take care of herself and needs assistance to walk. When her family arrived at the labor camp at noon on February 12, 2007, group head Mu Zhenjuan avoided the subject of Meng Xianying's condition and demanded the family to pay 500 yuan for medical treatment for Meng Xianying. The family refused to give her any money.

Persecutor Mu Zhenjuan called the family the next day and demanded 500 yuan. She also threatened and intimidated the family. When the family paid 500 yuan to a woman who claimed to be a team head, the woman demanded an additional 180 yuan to cover the expenses of bedding and a quilt. The family didn't give her any more money.

A female Dafa practitioner from Jilin City was riding a bike in a residential area across from the Xiangyang Police Department near the Xiangyang Market at 4:00 p.m. on February 12, 2007, when three police officers came out of a car and shoved her to the ground. They handcuffed her and put her into the police car. She shouted, "Falun Dafa is good!" She was then taken to the Xiangyang Police Department. She had a child seat on the rack of her bike.

Dafa practitioner Ms. You Hong from Guangzhou City was arrested on February 12, 2007. When her family members went home, they saw a mess and cigarette butts on the floor. Dafa materials were taken from her home. We have not heard from You Hong as of the afternoon of February 13, 2007.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Wu Ning from Suqian, a doctor in his 20s, was recently sentenced to five years in prison. He was held for two to three years before, and this time he was sentenced to prison. He is being charged with accessing forbidden websites on the Internet.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Wei Benzhi from the Zhoucun District, Zibo City is being held at the No. 2 Labor Camp in Wangcun, Zibo City, Shandong Province. After his term expired on January 27, 2007, officials from the Zhoucun District 610 Office took him away and continued to detain him. His family has not been allowed to see him since the arrest. Wei Benzhi's mother is in her 70s and is blind in both eyes. His wife and teenage son are waiting for him to go home.

A Dafa practitioner in her 50s was arrested when walking down Gonghe Road in the Dongshan area in the Yuexiu District at around noon on February 12, 2007.

It has been verified that officers from the Mancheng Police Department in Baoding City arrested three Dafa practitioners: Mr. Wang Bingyi, Mr. Yang Qingli and Mr. Liu Zhanliang. The practitioners have been sent to the Mancheng Detention Center.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Tang Cibao is in her 40s and used to work for the 7319 Factory. She was pursued and arrested by the police in May 2006 for clarifying the truth about Falun Gong. She eventually broke free and went into exile to avoid further persecution.

Police waiting outside her home saw her returning home and arrested her on February 2. She is currently being held in police custody at an undisclosed location.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Qi Wenbin was arrested at 2:30 p.m. on February 8, 2007 in front of Sifangtai District government. Participating in the arrest were officer Yan Lei and another officer from the Xishan Police Station at the Sifangtai Police Department. Yan Lei took more than 430 Yuan from Qi Wenbin and returned only 30 yuan to Qi Wenbin's mother. Qi Wenbin lost his mobile phone during the arrest.

Six officers, including Zhao Yuzhu, a section head from the Sifangtai Police Department, and Li Yong, officer from Dongshan Police Department, ransacked Qi Wenbin's home and took away copies of "The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party," electronic books, MP3 player(s), VCDs, and truth clarification materials, among other things.

Two Dafa practitioners Ms. Xu Yajuan, 52 years old, and Mr. Jia Xizhong, 70 years old, from Laobao Street, the Linghe District, Jinzhou City went to the Jinzhou Aviation School to clarify the truth. School cadres and officials arrested the practitioners and sent them to the Shiqiaozi Police Station in Jinzhou City. Another practitioner was arrested and injured through beating by the cadres at the same school back in 2001 when they were clarifying the truth there.

Officers from the Shiqiaozi Police Station sent both practitioners to the Jinzhou City Custody Center in the afternoon of February 13, 2007. Officers from the Shiqiaozi Police Station then took both practitioners to a hospital for a physical exam. It is said the practitioners were in poor health. Xu Yajuan was suffering from vertigo. Police chief Miao Zhihong told them they could go home if they wrote guarantee statements and paid fines. The practitioners refused to cooperate with his demands and were subsequently sent to the custody center.

Four Dafa practitioners from Yi County went to a mountain in the west on January 12, 2007 to distribute copies of The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party. Xishan Police Department deputy head Chen Jixiang and other officers stopped and checked the van the practitioners rented on their way home. They arrested the practitioners and took everyone to the police department. All four practitioners broke free with the power of their righteous thoughts. The driver, not a Dafa practitioner, and the van were held at the Yi County Detention Center. The driver was released several days later after he was extorted a fine.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Lijun from Pingfang District is a retired worker from the Northeast Light Alloy Processing Plant. She wrote some phrases on a wall to clarify the truth about Falun Gong in the evening of February 5, 2007. She was arrested by plainclothes police officers and taken to Xinjiang Police Station, where three large men beat her savagely. Officials from the National Security Division and the 610 Office took things from her home. Her neighbor said she had a nervous breakdown as a result of persecution. She returned home in the evening of February 6. She was severely traumatized and dared not to even speak loudly.

Huadian City dispatched its entire police force at 5:00 p.m. on October 10, 2006 together with more than 20 police officers from Jilin City. They arrested Dafa practitioners who refused to sign guarantee statements to give up Falun Gong. The practitioners who were arrested include Mr. Wang Xiaodong's mother, Ms. Zhao Haiying, Hu, and three practitioners from Linjiang. Except for Wang Xiaodong's mother and Mr. Xu Yanjun, four other practitioners were tied on the Tiger Bench and had horseradish juice forced into their nostrils.

Xining City Police Department agents in Qinghai Province went to the homes of Falun Gong practitioners on January 30, 2007. They ransacked the practitioners' homes and arrested the practitioners.

Officers from the street Party Committee and the police station harassed at least four Falun Gong practitioners from the Chengdong District in Xining City. The police also harassed three practitioners at their homes in the Chengxi District, Xining City. At least five practitioners in the Chengbei District, Xining City were arrested and police ransacked their homes.

Wang Haibo, an officer from the Chaoyang Police Station, the Chengbei Police Department in Xining City and another officer knocked on the door of practitioner Mr. Zhang Fu's home. Zhang Fu is the father of practitioner Zhang Xuefeng, who had died as a result of persecution. The police lied and claimed to be plumbers. They entered the home and looked around for a while before leaving. Wang Haibo returned to Zhang Fu's home soon afterwards with five other officers. They took several Dafa books and several copies of truth clarification materials.

A group of officers from the Mafang Police Station at the Chengbei Police Department in Xining City ransacked the homes of two Falun Gong practitioners. The practitioners are currently held at the Ershilipu Detention Center.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Chen Shaolong was arrested. Chen Shaolong's mother, not a Dafa practitioner, has gone daily to the Wuchang District Party Committee where the 610 Office is located, to request her son's release.

Yu, head of the 610 Office, led a group of officials and arrested Chen Shaolong's mother in the morning of February 9, 2007. We do not know where she is being held.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Hao was secretly transferred from the Hewan Forced Labor Camp to the Jianghan District Legal Center, a brainwashing center, before 7:00 a.m. on January 16, 2007. Three Dafa practitioners are being held at the brainwashing center.

Agents from the National Security Division at the Shulan Police Department and the 610 Office ordered officers from Qili Township Police Station to break into the home of Dafa practitioner Mr. Zhu Yi in Sishe, Zhujiatun, Qilizhuqi Village at 2:00 a.m. on July 18, 2006. They did break into Zhu Yi's home and arrested him while he was asleep.

Officer Wang Shuzhuo handcuffed Zhu Yi's hands behind his back, pushed him down in the official vehicle and sat on Zhu Yi's chest, making breathing difficult.

The police sentenced Zhu Yi to one year of forced labor after detaining him for one month. Even though a labor camp refused to accept him, the police still refused to release him. They held him for three more months before letting him go home on December 13, 2006.

Several days prior to Zhu Yi's arrest, a police officer from Shulan City arrested another Dafa practitioner in a Forestry Bureau residential area. This practitioner was going to visit her son. Xin He at the Shulan City Police Department extorted more than 5,000 yuan from the practitioner's family and still refused to release her.

Eight officials from the National Security Division at the Gangcheng Police Department in the Qingshan District, Wuhan City, including Ding Wei, went to the home of Dafa practitioner Mr. Wang Jijun in the Qingshan District the morning of February 8, 2007. They arrested Wang Jijun and took his computer, printer and Dafa materials. Wang Jijun is currently being held at the Qingshan District Detention Center in Wuhan City.

Although Dafa practitioner Ms. Yu Xianna's illegally imposed three-year term at the Wanjia Forced Labor Camp has expired, she is still being held at the camp three days after the camp authorities issued a release statement. The camp authorities told her family to have the release statement signed by agents from the 610 Office National Security Section, from the Minzhu Police Station and from the street Party committee.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Li Jinan, 52 years old, has a master's degree. She left Nanjing City Women's Prison with the power of her righteous thoughts in May 2006 after she was sentenced to three-and-a-half years in prison. The police are now staking out Li Jinan's home at Building 6, No. 11 Zhujiaku, Kunshan City.

Another practitioner Ms. Wang, who has regular contact with Li Jinan, was arrested yesterday afternoon.

Dafa practitioner Mr. Chen Ling went to his hometown on January 19, 2007 to visit relatives, and Meihekou City Train Station police arrested him. He is now being held at the Tonghua City Detention Center. His wife fell ill after she learned about his arrest.

Handicapped Dafa practitioner Ms. Liu Guiyun is 53 years old and lives in the Zhishan Neighborhood District on Yongji Street in Changchun City. Liu Shoulong and Wang Shoudong from the Yongji Street Police Station broke into Liu Guiyun's home at 2:00 p.m. on January 19, 2007 and took her away. Later on, eight police officers ransacked her home. They took all of her Dafa books, Teacher's pictures, Dafa lecture cassettes and videotapes. They even took away Liu Guiyun's granddaughter's exercise books and a recorder used to study English. The girl asked the police to return her belongings, and the police threatened her

Four Dafa practitioners from Jilin City disappeared in the afternoon of February 12, 2007. Another Dafa practitioner went to the four practitioners' homes to look for them at around 5:00 p.m. the next day, and she also disappeared. Someone saw her bike in front of the building where the other four practitioners live, near the Xiangyang Police Station.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Yang Peixia was arrested from home. Participating in the arrest were officers from the Changchun City Police Department, the Nanguan Police Department, the Shuguan Road Police Station and agents from the "610 Office." It happened in the evening of January 17, 2007. The police ransacked her home and took a computer, Dafa books and copies of The Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party.

A Dafa practitioner around 80 years of age and his two daughters who were renting rooms at Yang Peixia's home were arrested at the same time. All of these practitioners are currently being held at the Shuangyang No. 3 Detention Center.

Dafa practitioner Ms. Wang Aihua, who is in her 50s, and another practitioner were arrested in the evening of February 9, 2007. Participating in the arrest were 610 Office agents including Dong Fei from the National Security Division. It happened as the practitioners were posting truth clarification phrases on Xuanyuan Road in Zhuolu County.

The practitioners were taken to the Zhuolu County Police Department. Wang Aihua lost consciousness several times from being persecuted. Their families took them home later that night, but the police confiscated her phone book and 100 yuan cash, which was all Wang Aihua had with her. The other practitioner is still being detained against the law.

They arrested Lin Zhiyong and his wife as well as Ms. Li Dongmei, Ms. Wu Jiangyan, Ms. Yu, Mr. Wang He, Zhu and another female practitioner whose name is unknown.
