Case Description:
Ms. Liu Xiulan was sixty years old, and she was from Tumen City of Jilin Province. The local police broke into her home in May 2003 to harass her simply because she was a Falun Dafa practitioner. After that, she started to show symptoms of a cerebral embolism. She died in August 2004.
