On November 30, 2005, Falun Dafa practitioner Mr. Zheng Dinghe, who lived on Youzha Street, Guiyang City, Guizhou Province, was arrested and detained in the Guiyang City Second Detention Center. He was sent to the Armed Police Hospital on the afternoon of February 17, 2006, and died at 7:10 a.m. on February 19, 2006.
