Case Description:
Ms. Wan Fengqin of Shandong province, approximately 39 years old, was illegally arrested by policemen while distributing truth-clarification materials in a residential building near Yuhuangding Hotel in Yantai City. She was then sent to Nanjiao Detention Center in the Zhifu District of Yantai City, where she was tortured to death around January 28, 2003. Related articles:
