Case Description:
Fifty-one-year old Chen Biyu, an employee of Fuzhou Industry and Business Bank, was arrested and taken from her home on September 26, 2001 for no reason other than her refusal to give up her practice of Falun Dafa. While in detention, she was subjected to various tortures. Then, though sound of mind, she was sent to a mental hospital where she was injected with powerful drugs designed to be used only on mental patients.
