Ms. Jiang Ruihua was arrested nine months ago and taken to Baimalong Forced Labor Camp in Zhuzhou City. After being tortured, forced to do intensive slave labor, and undergoing brainwashing, Ms. Jiang's blood pressure became dangerously high.

Ms. Jiang once had severe anemia, and all her hair fell out. Lack of energy made it difficult for her to even talk. She was angry and had no hope. In 2000, she became a Falun Dafa practitioner, and all her ailments disappeared.

Ms. Jiang has two children, eight and 14. Her husband worked odd jobs and Ms. Jiang was a stay-at-home mother. They managed to get by and lived a peaceful life. In the morning on May 30, 2012, Ms. Jiang was telling pedestrians at a bus station in Ningxiang County the facts about Falun Gong.

Someone who believed the Chinese regime's propaganda about the practice reported her. Yu Zhengqiu from Baimaqiao Police Station arrested her. Chen Zaiqiang, deputy head of Ningxiang County 610 Office, and Baimaqiao Police Station officers went to the school to look for one of Ms. Jiang's children. They threatened and deceived the child to find out about Ms. Jiang. Based on that information, they made up "evidence" to charge her.

Ms. Jiang was held in the Wangcheng County Detention Center for 15 days. On June 13, 2012, she was transferred to Baimalong Forced Labor Camp for a year.

While she was illegally detained in the forced labor camp, the guards instigated other inmates to physically abuse her to try to force her to give up her belief. One time three inmates savagely assaulted her. She was injured so badly that she was unable to take a shower for a week.

Ms. Jiang had to do slave labor in the camp. She had to be at the shop at 6:30 a.m. to make wires for computers. She had to package around 1700 packs of computer wires each day and could not eat until 6 p.m., after she had finished her quota. Sometimes she had to work overnight. Due to such physical and mental torments, Ms. Jiang quickly lost weight and had dangerously high blood pressure.

When Ms. Jiang was detained, her children were left unattended. Her children sometimes did not even get enough food to eat.
