(Minghui.org) In May 2015, residents of Guangyang District, Anci District, and Kaifa District in Langfang City, Hebei Province saw signs and posters everywhere with the following messages: "Falun Dafa is Good," "Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance is Good," as well as information about the worldwide efforts to bring Jiang Zemin to justice.

These signs read “Global tribunal to bring Jiang Zemin to justice.” (Jiang, the former head of the Chinese Communist Party, launched the persecution of Falun Gong in July 1999.)
