(Minghui.org) Falun Gong practitioners in Tokyo, Osaka, Nagoya, Fukuoka, and Sapporo protested against the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP) persecution in front of the Chinese Embassy and Consulates on July 20, 2023. It was the 24th anniversary of Falun Gong’s peaceful resistance to the persecution. They called on all people of conscience to work together to end the CCP’s atrocities.

A Chinese woman shared pictures of the protest in Nagoya with her friends on social media. She bought some tea for Falun Gong practitioners to thank them for their hard work during such a hot summer day.
Masuda Harumi, a new Falun Gong practitioner, participated in the protest for the first time. She told the reporter, “I have found answers to my questions about life from Falun Dafa. I feel assured. Although my interest wasn’t to cure any illness, I’m surprised to have recovered from my allergy and bad headache!”

“I’m here to strongly protest the persecution of Falun Gong,” Masuda said. “I hope more people will read and think about the messages on our banners and learn about Falun Gong.”
Ms. Nguyễn Thị Huế from Vietnam participated in the protest in Nagoya. She told the reporter, “I follow Falun Dafa's principles, Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance, in my everyday life. People in over 100 countries have benefited from the practice. Why is China the only country where practitioners suffer such inhuman treatment? This ridiculous persecution must stop!”

Falun Gong practitioner Mr. Xu said, “The persecution has been going on for 24 years, longer than World War I and World War II combined. It’s a war the Chinese communist regime launched against Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance. We’ll continue to expose the CCP’s atrocities until they end!”
