(Minghui.org) Falun Dafa practitioners held activities in Brasilia, Brazil on July 16, 2023, to commemorate the 24th anniversary of peacefully protesting the Chinese Communist Party’s (CCP’s) persecution.
Practitioners showcased art pieces from The Art of Zhen Shan Ren (Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance) International Exhibition that depicted the truth of Falun Dafa practitioners being persecuted in China.
Practitioners explained the CCP’s inhumane persecution of Falun Dafa practitioners and how they were illegally detained, brutally murdered, tortured, and subjected to forced live organ harvesting. People who heard the truth about Falun Dafa were all shocked and grieved for the practitioners. Many signed the petition to support practitioners’ efforts to end the persecution. Some predestined passersby also received a copy of the Nine Commentaries on the Communist Party and other truth-clarification materials. Many people asked how they could learn to practice Falun Dafa.

Isabela signed the petition to show her support for an end to the persecution in China. “We have the right to receive protection from the divine as human beings living in this world. No one has the ability to strip us of that,” she said. “The CCP is committing a foolish crime and will reach a dead end. Falun Dafa advocates the principles of Truthfulness-Compassion-Forbearance and everyone should abide by these principles. I support you. Justice will prevail.”
Guilherme signs the petition.
Guilherme told practitioners that he will stand by their side. “The way the CCP thinks is different from that of a normal person. A person is very weak and minute without God’s protection. Just like an earthquake, tsunami, or virus, how can humans control any of that? Humans should have utmost respect for the divine. I stand by your side and I am firmly against the CCP violating human rights and how it has infiltrated the whole world,” he said.
Carina signs the petition.
Carina signed the petition and said, “I admire Falun Dafa practitioners.”
“I want to learn more about this practice. I have seen many Falun Dafa practitioners like you all over the world when I was on vacation. The CCP still has a great deal of power. How can you still have the determination to persist for so many years? I admire Falun Dafa practitioners. I want to join your meditation practice. I want to learn more about cultivation,” she said.
Ligia signed the petition to support Falun Dafa practitioners.
Ligia and her husband listened to a practitioner explain the persecution in China. Ligia said, “Falun Dafa changes one’s way of thinking and physical body. This is the only practice I’ve ever heard that is able to do this. I am very fortunate to have encountered Falun Dafa. I am truly happy.”
Ligia’s husband nodded in agreement. Both of them took some truth-clarification flyers before leaving.
